I was at the Albertsons at Fivemile and Ustick tonight and they had their Pillsbury Halloween sugar cookies marked down to 10 for $10. If you use this $1/2 coupon or from the paper (I could not find the insert date) to get them down to $0.50 each. Better yet there is a catalina!
- 6 at $1.00 each or $6.00
used 3- $1 / 2 coupons
Total $3.18 plus I got a $3.00 catalina! So only paid $0.18 tax! This will be a great treat for your Halloween party or you could freeze them for later!

Albertsons for Sept. 9 - 15

Albertsons Clearance Finds

I was at the Albertsons at Ustick and 5-mile yesterday and saw some great things on their clearance rack which is located at the back corner of the store past produce, by the bread. They had

• large bags of hard candy (like the mints from restaurants) for only $1.00
• basket of Cover Girl makeup (foundation powder, eye liner, lipstick) for $1.99 or less. you could use CoverGirl Product, any $1/1 (9-30-09) PG-8/30
• Lots of packs of gum (Orbitz, Eclipse & Trident) for only $0.69 each! They even had a 3pack of Orbitz for $0.69!

Albertsons preview for Aug. 5- 11

Albertsons has a great sale going on this week that started on Sunday but continues all week. To see the full list from PYP go here. (This is the Utah preview) The best part of this sale is the General Mills/Unilever promo: Save $15 on your NEXT shopping trip when you spend $30 or more on these participating products. There are a lot of things included in the promo and tons of coupons out there to uses, so really take your time looking over the list! Fabulessly Frugal has put together a great list of scenarios and coupons to go with the sale. You can check out her posts here.

I went out 2 times today and this is my 2nd trip (after already having the $15 catalina from the first trip) I spent $5.84 OOP, this is what I did.

I have not gone to get this deal yet, I am trying to justify having this much pop at our house, but this is such a great deal I have to pass it on! I saw this on Fabulessly Frugal today!

Is anyone else having a problem??

I have to vent for a second here. I am so frustrated with my Albertsons Preferred card, it does not seem to be accruing my gas discount! Plus have they changed their policy regarding how it accrues? It used to be that it was based off of your before discounts and coupons which was great, but now if looks like it is based off of how much out of pocket! Is it just me and my card? What is going on with yours? I would love to know because the lady I talked to on the 1-800 # didn't know anything! HELP!!!

While I was at the Albertsons on Ustick and 5-mile today getting more Mac N Cheese I saw a great deal in the back clearance area (in the back left side of the store). They had Cocoa Puff Combos (which are chocolate & Vanilla) for 10 for $10. If you match that up with Generals Mills coupon $1/2 (8-22-09) SS-7/12 and some Albertsons Doubles and you can get them for less then $0.34 each! Also, you don't have to buy 10 to get the price!

Albertsons Sale Preview!

I am excited about this next weeks sale! I love when they have these great promos! PYP did not have the Idaho list up yet, but the Utah list is showing that they will be having a General Mills promo: Save $10 on your NEXT shopping trip when you spend $25 or more on participating items.
